My Third Design Home Five Stars

Five stars is not easy to be reached with an 'organic' designer like me, very limited budget and not using real money to get items in Design Home. Sharing the five stars and some basic pattern I usually use to get the maximum composition with quite difficult to be fulfilled requirements maybe can be an effective reminder for myself as basic guidance and maybe can be useful for other designers.
I have just got this five stars this week which is the third from hundred of designs I have submitted. Uniquely they do have a similarity a simple but nice combination of dark colors and white. The first is black-white while the second and third grey and white.
I have some basic pattern of completing a design that I really want to won, usually due to its tempting prize and instant rewards, 100 to 500 diamonds instantly received after completing. But the design itself usually has difficult requirements, some expensive items. So, I finish it in few days in order to gather enough capital to complete the required items.
Back to the patterns, first check the lists of required items, all of them. Select the most affordable 'safe' featured items. Decide the colors concept afterwards. Buy one by one each day, while trying to complete other challenges that only need budget under $500 in order to reach as maximum capital as we can for this 'difficult' challenge. Usually I need some decorations to get 4.0 stars and more. At least the table art and floor art, plus wall art will increase the chance and sometimes I think it needs a rug, depend on the floor features.
