This is a dining room in a culinary arts instructor's home in Brisbane, Australia. She wants a fresh makeover for spring, the moment of the flowers blossom and rain often visits the ground or the green grass.
The warm season evokes ideas of warm dining, warm atmosphere in this dining room. So classic with wooden floor and white wall, I love to add more warmth - the wooden furniture. Mix and match set of the shades of brown and the wooden materials from Apt2B, Pottery Barn and West Elm. I even put no rug so the pretty wooden floor so it is wholly exposed. Simple design for a fresh new space that gives a warm welcome to her guests.

Its planked-look top, through-tenon construction and chunky legs evoke nostalgic feeling of my cheerful childhood at elementary, sat together happily with whatever we had on the table and on the bench of course. Shades of brown and original pattern which many wood naturally is, are irresistible factors this Reed Dining Bench by Pottery Barn has, to me.
West Elm - Industrial Modular Bookcase

This bookcase is made from richly-grained solid mango wood, sustainably sourced from trees that no longer produce fruit. This natural material of course has natural variations which means that each piece of bookcase is subtly unique. The bookcase also features metal frame with a Black finish and is supported by sturdy steel legs. This West Elm's bookcase has compartments for displaying and organizing books and other knickknacks.
This bookcase has natural look of the wood from which it is made of. Obviously a nice choice for the set I want i.e. the wooden look and the color. The simple and classic style of wooden furnishing is so adorable, to me.
